So many people are involved in Bikes4Tykes, Incorporated, it is impossible to list all the names here, but the following are a few of the folks that make it happen each year. 

 

Bikes4Tykes was founded by Lorie Ballbach in 1996.  You can spot Lorie in the Picture Gallery in the 1996 BW picture, third one from the right, front row.

 

Mark Volpe, Local 40 Ironworker and Bikes4Tykes Best Friend, is the ‘Steel’ behind the B4T Campaigns in New York, since 1998  You can spot him hard at work below and to the right.

 

Kathy Peachey and Diana Underwood, of Storage Technology in Louisville, CO, are Co-Founders of Bikes4Tykes.  You can see Diana and Kathy in the picture gallery photo, 1996 B/W photo.  Diana is the beautiful blond on the right and Kathy is hunkered down next to the handsome devil with the Antlers on his head.  Kathy and Diana have hearts of Gold and without them we would never have grown Bikes4Tykes.  In 1997 Kathy and Diana ran B4T all by themselves in my absence.  They showed that the spirit of giving bikes was larger than one person. 

 

Mike Ballbach, Webmaster of the Bikes4Tykes website, works at Perpetual Entertainment in San Francisco, California in his spare time when he isn’t helping with Bikes4Tykes, Inc.!

Bikes4Tykes, Incorporated

Bikes4Tykes, Incorporated, collects donations to purchase Bicycles and Helmets for donation to Toys For Tots and The Salvation Army at Christmas time.  Since we started in 1996 we have donated over 600 Bikes4Tykes!

 

 

100% of the money raised is used to purchase Bikes and Helmets.  All Administration, Gasoline, etc is donated by the folks running the effort.
